Spring on the Gold Coast was buzzing with apartment buyers and Royale Gold Coast was a standout, achieving over $38 million in apartment sales in October and November.

According to Broad Property Research & Advisory, the average size of apartments in Royale Gold Coast are amongst the largest currently for sale across the Gold Coast and in most cases significantly larger than other developments targeting the top end owner-occupier market.

Market researchers at Broad Property Research & Advisory stated that Royale had all the important features that lead to stronger capital gains for new apartments on the coast.
