Erin Holland and Ben Cutting announce their $2 million property move

Sporting power couple Erin Holland and Ben Cutting are branching out into the property world.

The Aussie cricketer and his model wife have unveiled images for their first multi-residential development project on the Gold Coast, set to be completed in late 2023.

A joint venture between their company, Golconda Property Group, K2 Projects and EM Design, the Beju Residences at 8 Bullimah Avenue in Burleigh Heads, will comprise of four luxury townhouses.

With prices starting from $2,195,000, the apartment block is described as the “jewel of Burleigh Heads” on the main property listing, with a focus on “wellness and resort-style living”.
